Loop in emails for a complete view
Simply forward emails to a mailbox and the information is automatically linked to a member, grievance, or any other specified record in UnionWare. And there it is – everything in one place, everyone on the same page.
- Configure mailboxes to create UnionWare records based on an identifier in the email subject line (e.g., member ID, case number, event name, employer)
- Configure rules for each mailbox (e.g., alert bargaining committee, create grievance file)
- View email text as notes and attachments as documents
- Use with internal and external email platforms, including Microsoft Exchange and cloud services like Gmail
