A Client Representative plays a vital role on each Client Services team. They are the first and more frequent point of contact for our clients and triage all new issues and requests. They also help answer both business and technical questions and play a role in scheduling work, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Our growth means we have to add more teams, and each of those needs a dedicated Client Rep. The perfect candidate has experience in customer service, an understanding of computer programming, and an aptitude for troubleshooting. Finding someone with the right skill set for this type of work can be a challenge, to say the least.
That’s why we are delighted to announce that Leah Thompson has joined UnionWare and specifically Team Pathfinder as the newest Client Representative.
Leah is a Winnipegger who chose Red River College for her education in software development. While taking classes, Leah gained some valuable and relevant experience at Shaw Communications where she worked in technical customer support.
She loves animals, especially her three cats, and occasionally looks after others’ pets and has donated her time to be an animal shelter volunteer on many occasions. Leah is also into kickboxing, a sport she’s done on and off for many years.
Leah is a big fan of 90’s music and sports a playlist with some of the best music from her youth. She also enjoys watching some of the many network TV shows and plays a mean DDR (Dance Dance Revolution).
Welcome to UnionWare, Leah!
