The team spent the week meeting with key players from throughout the organization. It soon became apparent there were many ways to implement a UnionWare solution, so the group spent the majority of the week interviewing and weighing all the options. With little time left to prepare a proposal on site, the team returned to Winnipeg to continue discussions and complete our plan. Luckily, other opportunities brought the team back to California, allowing a chance to present the finished product in person. With so many options and an ever-changing landscape, the proposal was adapted several times over the next couple months.
We are delighted to announce that CNA has agreed to proceed with our proposal, and have become the latest addition to the UnionWare family! Team Titan, who also attended the Discovery, gets the nod to work on this implementation filled with unique requirements.
