Why should I register?
In a recent survey of our clients a common theme was clear - 76% of those that responded said they could use more training. To address this, we have set up several 1-hour online training sessions to help your team get the most out of UnionWare. These sessions can serve as a great introduction to UnionWare for new users, or a refresher for those who are already using the system. And of course... yes, the loveable Murray, our expert UnionWare trainer, will be conducting the sessions. Some of you may just sign up to hear the sound of his voice - that's okay.
What will be covered?
We're keeping this first round of sessions simple, quick, and generic. Although some of the field names and screens may not match your setup, don't worry... you'll learn key concepts that you can put to use immediately. You may not be familiar with all of the easy and powerful tools to search for information in UnionWare... you will be after an hour with Murray. Topics covered will include making full use of UnionWare's search capabilities, how to save and reuse search criteria, and lots of tips and tricks for finding and presenting information from your database.

How... and how much?
The simple answer is online and $150. Once you register we will send you a link and a phone number that will allow you to connect to the session right from your desk. You can make this even more economical if you want to get a group of people together to watch on one computer or projector. There’s no extra cost for this.
