Let your members fill out and sign forms electronically!
The Forms module is available in both ULink and MemberLink and allows PDF documents to be filled with information and then signed electronically – even from mobile phones. Start with data from UnionWare, make adjustments, capture signatures, and merge all those pieces together into a PDF document that gets stored in UnionWare.
- Any PDF can be configured into a form for ULink.
- After selecting the form to be completed, make adjustments to the data and preview the final result.
- Sign the form with a stylus, your finger or even a mouse.
- Finalize the document and a PDF is saved in UnionWare.
- Additional actions can be triggered afterward, like sending a copy of the document by email.
