Membership

This is the hub of the UnionWare system. All other modules are integrated directly with the data stored in the Membership Module. This module is used to create the framework that represents your union. Individual members are then added and tracked within this framework.

Grievances

Manage, track and research current all of your grievances and arbitrations. Track steps, actions, documents, expenses and awards. Work flows are automated based on configurable step and action templates.

Dues

Automatically process electronic dues files provided by employers or locals. Selectively, and automatically, update your membership database with information in these files. Tools are provided to speed manual transaction entry when electronic files are not provided.

Events

Tools for coordinating events, conferences, conventions, meetings, courses and workshops etc.  Manage registration, attendance, supporting documents, accommodation, travel, and time-off information.

Communicator

Makes email communication with your members simple, inexpensive and immediate. Create emails using a full featured editor. Send them to an individual or group using configurable address priority rules (home vs. work email). Refer back to a member’s email log to see which emails were sent to them.

Dashboard

Provides the key indicators, trends and statistics to run your union presented in a simple one screen dashboard. Instantly prepare pie charts, line graphs and reports of key union information to help you lead with confidence.

Dispatch

Assign the right people to the right job. Place members on the dispatch list to be assigned to available jobs. Automatically email member qualifications to the employer for pre-screening. Once approved, a new job assignment is automatically created for the member and a report detailing the assignment is produced.

Certification

Track and manage member qualifications and certifications. Generate statements of qualification, store and/or link all applications, transcripts, and letters related to a certification. Track and confirm receipt of documents from members and automatically print response letters to members and related organizations.

Organizing Campaigns

Tools to effectively run your organizing campaigns. Easily communicate with prospects, track and categorize by level of interest etc.

Resource/Call Center

A suite of tools to track all communications with your members. Resulting tasks are routed to the appropriate department or individual. Put the information and tools in the hands of your front line staff so they can answer, pre-qualify, and route questions and concerns from your members.
