Membership
This is the hub of the UnionWare system. All other modules are integrated
directly with the data stored in the Membership Module. This module is used to create the framework
that represents your union. Individual members are then added and tracked within this framework.
Grievances
Manage, track, and research current and past grievances and
arbitrations. Track steps, actions, documents, expenses, awards and all participants.
Dues
Process and reconcile dues files provided by employers. Selectively,
and automatically, update your records with information in these files. Tools are provided to speed
manual transaction entry when electronic files are not provided.
Events
Tools for coordinating events, conferences, conventions, meetings, courses,
workshops etc. Manage
registration, attendance, supporting documents, accommodation, travel, and time-off information.
Communications
Makes email communication with your members and officers simple, inexpensive
and immediate. Send to an individual or to a set of members who match a specific criteria
(e.g. all members in a particular work location with a specific job classification). A
log of all email communications is automatically maintained for your future reference.
Organizing Campaigns
Tools to effectively run your organizing campaigns. Easily
communicate with prospects, track and categorize by level of interest etc.
Work Flow
Task management is embedded into all areas of the system. You
can easily create and assign tasks or reminders and associate these with members, grievances,
events, or organizing campaigns. Notifications
are automatically emailed to the selected users.
Document Management
Document management is integrated throughout the system. You
can upload documents of any type (letters, spreadsheets, images etc.) and associate them
with members, grievances, events, and organizing campaigns. General union documents can be
posted to the Document Library for all users to reference.
Resource/Call Center
A suite of tools to track all communications with your members. Resulting tasks are routed
to the appropriate department or individual. Put the information and tools in the hands
of your front line staff so they can answer, pre-qualify, and route questions and concerns
from your members
