clientsJune 1, 2010 New Client: SEIU West (Canada) SEIU West is located in the heart of Canada in the beautiful city of Saskatoon (head office). With approximately 12,000 members they are the result of a recent merger of three Western Canadian SEIU locals. When they gave us a call we were more than pleased to help out. Through ice and snow we made our journey to each of their three offices to scope out the project. The main goal is to centralize their data so that their new Member Action (Resource) Center could operate effectively. As a side, they will benefit in many other ways from centralizing their data into an integrated membership system - UnionWare. In the end, we are very honored that SEIU West selected UnionWare. Their implementation begins this summer.
April 20, 2010 Client Goes Live: SEIU Local 1989 UnionWare is thrilled to announce that SEIU Local 1989, the Maine State Employees Association, went live with UnionWare on Monday, April 12th. As usual, a small team from UnionWare was present to not only provide training but also to ease SEIU Local 1989's staff into using the new system. What a hit UnionWare was! The users thought the system was easy to use, a time saver and also empowered them to do tasks they couldn't do in their old system. Another client has fallen in love with our software and that makes us very happy at UnionWare!
February 19, 2010 Existing Client Transitions to UnionWare 4: OPSEU The Ontario Public Service Employees Union went live with UnionWare 4 on February 16th. Previously during their UnionWare 4 training sessions, OPSEU employees commented that they loved the new version, found it much easier to use and they could get to their information faster. Several employees announced during training that it was a great day - not because the sun was shining but because UnionWare 4 was changing their lives by making their everyday easier! This was one of the larger upgrade implementations for UnionWare and we are excited that we were able to improve the way OPSEU completes their day to day tasks.
January 27, 2010 New Client: NetJets Association of Shared Aircraft Pilots We are very excited to announce that the NetJets Association of Shared Aircraft Pilots has selected UnionWare as their new membership system. NJASAP represents approximately 3,000 pilots employed by NetJets, one of the largest pilot fleets in the world. January 15, 2010 Client Goes Live: BCNU On Monday, January 11th BCNU, British Columbia Nurses Union, went live with UnionWare. During the training that occurred early in the week, the students had a positive response to the program and rather than having an ‘Oh No!’ frame of mind with having to learn a new system, they were having an ‘Oh Wow!’ reaction. Even after a short overview, many of the staff were seen using UnionWare throughout the building with ease and excitement. The most commented on benefits were the amount of information that could be pulled by any individual, as well as, the ease of pulling this data from the system. UnionWare has made another client very happy!
September 7, 2009 We are very excited to have been selected by the Association of Theatrical Press Agents and Managers (New York) in their search for a new membership system. We are particularly looking forward to automating pieces of their current work flow via the UnionWare Member Portal. We'll keep you posted on these interesting and time saving features we are developing for ATPAM.
August 14, 2009 SEIU United Healthcare Workers West: Grievance Tracking SEIU West was in need of a grievance tracking system in a hurry. We integrated with their in-house membership system to get them up and running quickly.
July 10, 2009 The Hawaiian Government Employees Association, representing approximately 44,000 members is our second client in Hawaii. Needless to say we are thrilled to have an excuse to visit them whenever we can and enjoy the incredibly consistent sunshine in Honolulu. This is a big project for us and for HGEA. We are looking forward to making a positive impact on their day to day operations.
March 25, 2009 SEIU Local 509, representing 11,000 human service workers throughout Massachusetts, has selected UnionWare as their new membership system. We are pleased to be working with the terrific people at Local 509 in transitioning them from their custom member system to UnionWare.
March 17, 2009 SEIU Local 1984 (The State Employees Association of New Hampshire), represents over 10,000 public and private sector workers in the state of New Hampshire. Local 1984 is very passionate about helping their members and with a few new tools from UnionWare they can be even more effective. We are honored that they selected UnionWare as their new membership system.
March 18, 2009 New Client: SEIU Local 1989 - MSEA SEIU Local 1989 - MSEA represents 15,000 public and private sector workers throughout the State of Maine. Their custom developed membership system was great 'in the day'... but it's a new day and they've asked us to help them by implementing UnionWare as their new membership system. This will make their day to day operations more efficient and will provide the core software technology for their new Member Resource Centre.
April 14 , 2008 New Client: SEIU Health Care Minnesota Member Resource Centers are becoming ever more popular and this was the initial request from HCMN. We look forward to getting them live with the rest of UnionWare in the coming months. March 24, 2008 New Client: SEIU Local 888 - Boston Local 888 (8 hours work, 8 hours family, 8 hours rest) asked us to quickly get them up and running with a Member Resource Center. We are now following this up with a full implementation of UnionWare. Local 888 staff have been a delight to work with.
December 5, 2007 New Client: Association of Flight Attendants-CWA - Northwest Airlines We are pleased to welcome the great people at AFA-CWA Northwest Airlines to UnionWare. Our similar experience with United Airlines and their domiciles world wide will prove valuable in this next launch of UnionWare. May 24, 2007 New Client: British Columbia Government and Service Employees Union State and provincial unions are one of our specialties. The BCGEU joins four other Canadian provincial unions who have been using UnionWare for several years. May 10, 2007 New Client: Service Employees International Union - Local 925 - Seattle Local 925 has recently doubled in size. We are pleased to have been selected to help during this challenging and exciting time. April 4, 2007 New Client: National Air Traffic Controllers Association - Washington D.C. We are excited to be providing NATCA and their regional offices across the United States with the information and tools necessary to represent their members.
February 26, 2007 Formerly SEIU Local 535 and a long standing UnionWare client, Local 1021 is the result of a merger of a number of SEIU locals in California. We are very honored that the new Local 1021 chose to stay with UnionWare through this transition.
February 21, 2007 New Client: Montgomery County Education Association - Maryland A warm welcome to the MCEA as they join a number of our other education sector unions in selecting UnionWare.
February 13, 2007 SEIU Local 521, in an effort to become self sufficient with their IT and Member Resource Center requirements has selected UnionWare as their membership, dues and call/case tracking system. SEIU Local 521, is head quartered in San Jose, California and represents approximately 80,000 members.
February 8, 2007 What a pleasure to work with the team at Local 221 in San Diego. We have been selected to transition Local 221 from their legacy system to UnionWare and provide integration with SEIU's Pasadena Member Resource Center, also a UnionWare client.
