Cornell and UnionWare
School of Industrial and Labor Relations adds UnionWare to its Curriculum
In an effort to educate by example, Cornell University now provides its students
with the opportunity to use and study UnionWare's products.
The ILR school remains the United States' only institution of higher education offering
a full four-year undergraduate program in industrial and labor relations; in addition
it offers several graduate degree programs.
The faculty — specializing in personnel and human resource management, labor
studies, labor law and history, labor economics, and social statistics and other work-related
subject matter - is the largest concentration of distinguished scholars in the field
of industrial and labor relations.
Research at the ILR school focuses on some of the most important issues in the workplace:
protecting jobs, increasing productivity, computerization, worker participation, expanding
and declining labor markets, and new methods of decision making in the human resources
field.

Through its use of UnionWare, the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at
Cornell University is in no way providing a formal endorsement of UnionWare.
