Results of the Product and Support Survey

Thank you very much to those of you who took the time to respond to our survey in August. The results are in and 76% of respondents gave our support either an excellent or a good rating, while 84% gave our products an excellent or good rating. We are encouraged by this but also aware that we have room for improvement (see below).

 

Improvements in Client Support

Most of you have grown accustomed to dealing with a single support representative who knows you and your situation. This is great when they are available but not so great when they are out of the office or on another call. To overcome this, your call or email will now be handled by whomever can get to it first. For many issues this will work just fine. For the more complex issues we understand that you will want to deal with the representative that knows the most about your situation and that will still happen. Additionally, we have hired a number of new team members to ensure that your issues are handled quickly and accurately.
